3. Bookings and Confirmation

4. Fares, Quotation and Payment

  • Fares are calculated based on the applicable meter rates or pre-agreed fixed fares for specific services (for example, airport transfers or contractual quotes).
  • Quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may not include tolls, parking, booking fees or other surcharges unless specified.
  • We accept payment by cash, card, or other payment methods made available at the time of booking. Payment is due at the completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation, Changes and No-shows

  • Cancellations made within any specified free cancellation window will not incur a fee. If no free window applies, cancellation fees may apply.
  • Failure to board the vehicle after the driver arrives (no-show) may incur the full fare plus any reasonable waiting or cancellation charges.
  • We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable changes to bookings but cannot guarantee that changes will be accepted.

6. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Illegal, abusive or threatening behaviour is prohibited.
  • Passengers must not carry prohibited or hazardous items in the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse transport of such items.
  • Passengers are responsible for minors traveling with them, unless prior arrangements with the driver/operator are made.

7. Safety and Compliance

  • All services are provided by drivers and vehicles that comply with applicable Victorian and Australian transport regulations, including CPVV requirements.
  • We may collect information required for safety or regulatory compliance, and drivers may refuse transport where safety is at risk.

8. Liability and Insurance

  • We maintain public liability and transport insurance as required by law. Where law allows, our liability for loss, damage or injury is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, 13 Melbourne Cabs is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

9. Refunds and Disputes
